Mobile Handheld Devices


There are two kinds of mobile handheld devices:
  • Smart cellular phones are voice-centric devices with information functions, such as Apple's iPhone.
  • PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants) are information-centric devices with voice capabilities, such as Palm Tungsten E2.
