A Tag
href attribute to set a hypertext link (usually just referred to as a hyperlink or link).
The link allows you to travel from one XML card or deck to another.
You cannot nest link elements inside of other link elements.
However, you can nest the <br> and <img> tags in a link element.
The <anchor> tag can also perform the exact same task as the <a> tag, but the <anchor> tag requires the use of the <go> tag to affect the link.
It is strongly recommended that you use the <a> rather than the <anchor> tag for links.
