Programming Exercise II: My Memento by Using Palm OS


Absolutely no copying others' work

  • Interface I (after building the application Memento by using the Palm OS Developer Suite and running the Palm OS emulator)

    To make the grading easier, an application icon and images are not allowed to be used.

  • Interface II (after launching the application Memento from Interface I)

  • Interface III (after clicking on Display button from Interface II)

    • Clicking on Main button will display Interface II.

    • Display the memento items if their messages contain the keyword entered. If no keyword is entered, display all items.

  • Interface IV (after clicking on Submit button from Interface III)

    • Clicking on Back button will display Interface III.

    • This interface requires dynamic number of checkboxes, which may not be possible by using the Palm OS Resource Editor. To take the advantages of

        “The interface shown is a basic requirement. Free to design your own interface.”

      you may display one item at a time.

  • Interface V (after clicking on Enter button from Interface II)

    The current time and date are automatically inserted, for example, by using the Time Manager.
