Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
WPF is Microsoft’s strategic presentation technology for Windows client user experiences. Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
WCF provides the unified programming model for building service-oriented applications. It enables the development of services that interoperate with non-Microsoft platforms and integrate with existing investments.
 

Windows Workflow Foundation (WF)
WF is the programming model, engine, and tools for rapidly building workflow-enabled applications on Windows. Workflow is a declarative way of implementing business process in software. WF includes support for both system-based and human-based workflow across a wide range of scenarios. WF provides developers with a graphical designer and debugger enabling the creation of workflow-enabled software using a combination of imperative code and declarative modeling.
